It just means that the latest release, is that date. Rather than it hit version 1.0. I know a bit confusing, but it is what it is.

Might be better if it read: Latest Update Date: ... instead.

I'm pretty sure at this point people don't even check if the game has a load function in the first place. They just ask for a save right away lmao
