According to Itch's description you can select the character from 0.2, but personally and with the experience with the previous games of this dev don't expect much, every time they release a new game they practically abandon the previous one, for example the first game was Male protagonist December 2022 when they released the second game they never talked about that game again they didn't even answer anything about whether they had abandoned it they simply changed the usernames on Patreon, SS to the name of the 2nd game, and now from what I see they did the same.
