This game definitely needs a quality cheat mod, way too grindy

Use unren to activate console.
Use mc.money = 999999 to give yourself money.
Use mc.mind = 200mc.energy = 200 to stay active.
Then buy Nice Gifts in the gift shop and UPpers in the nightclub. These increase influence and corruption by 3, can be stacked and don't cause time to pass.
If you check the requirements under character it is pretty straightforward
For reference I had done all events in 3 weeks.
