I also only have 49 and it seems that I done it all. Just so you don't go crazy trying to find what you missed.
That is what I thought too, but there is more. I think it was related to the school, but I am not sure.

Actually, now that you mention it. I forgot that I haven't raised the school's approval to max yet, because I rather do it bit by bit with each update, than grinding through it in one go.

Yeah, but you said you cheated, you didn't go through the events, and you wonder why it didn't work... lol
Ummm two parts-
1. I skip version. my version was three(?) version before this
2. When I play this and collected all, it's in 49 control
3. Saw your control and I thought maybe there's more content and cheat "only" the control +1
4. at 50 control talked to the club owner but he says the next is in the development
5. current conclusion start from scratch as old save is from the previous version and from your post it should be more then 50 control
yeah so I cheat BUT it's +1 control fam not like ok rain down the all stats
Cheating ANY stat at all, when the story is dependent on them (I don't know that it is in this case, but most of the games I work on, it is), will break your game. Load an older save, and try again.
Check your other hints. That was all I did, follow the hints. They tell you what to do.
