28 - When attempting to return to Arellarti from Iltari after having Seraphine on board and talking to Krogneath about his request for 100t of Krell materials. There is a conversation at Jumpgate initiated by Nimhe about why you cannot return to Krell space yet, and Khelara explains requirement to repair the Holodeck. There are several problems with that conversation. First MC says "We need to go into Arellarti for Kroneath's mission..." Krogneath's name is spelled wrong. Then a couple sentences later there is another error. Khelara says "What the Krell do not know is what those modules can also be be used for..." she says the word be twice.

How do you unlock the 'expert level disciplining' scenes?

As far as I can tell, reach max pleasure without filling the pain gauge. There is one gallery unlock with the butt plug and another if you can do it without using the plug. But they’re literally the same image with and without the plug.

You can just look at the images in the /game/images/20_gallery folder.

It appears to have been fixed in the 1.5 release, although I have almost zero testing to confirm this (ie, I tried it once and it seems to work now).

But is the game really completed? It seems to me there are some suspended missions, like the pony race or the phrase "I haven't taught T Ris any Per Tricks yet".

One major part (Khelara, Drengar) and some missing pet stuff will be added in V2.10.
Then its more or less complete (I may release some content packs with 2.x being save compatible now)

Completed because there is an ending. Go back two posts, you'll see dev still has future releases planned.
