Check your Subunit inventory in the cargo terminal. You may have inadvertently sold what you need.

To make things a bit easier for you: Start new game, select start with day 2 (mining ready, te icon with the mining laser). That should get you started more easily.

hi again, yes i see what you are trying to do, but just at start need to do some things and need to pass some days mining on debris near IItari station to get at least 25% efficiency on engines to reach high yield asteroids, but once there you will still need to have a working mining equipment (you can also change modules once there and mine, then move them back to engines to return to station to sell cargo)

need to balance them, not only engines and mining, but also buy a cargo compresor to be able to hold more cargo on your ship since higher tools and efficiency will produce more loot from mining (and yes with that one cannot be moving modules on or off like with mining tool or may have ending ejecting some cargo to space)

on the high yield field focus on those rows with a (?) since may have expensive cargo or crates (i like those ones with voronian vortex to sell at the station bar-- not to shady)

once you have some cash to go around, try not to leave station without (not only the 200 cred for fee to come back in - you can get those doing a weird job with your computer) as once per day on every move you make, may trigger an event, one of them is a trader that ask for 500 creds to look his wares, but his prices are half than on station, so a good place to look for modules even to resell them at station if you want.

about modules on subsystems, can use empty boxes to store those (and save cargo space) even you are not using yet because dont fill a row or are only tunneling (try to mix those with full rows to make 2 or more working, is not clean but may increase efficiency)

Ok, following both your advice. Started new game on day 2, i have the laser and will take it from there and see if I can make some space money and get some hot chicks along the way... :p

Had a playthrough recently, start to current finish, and love what's been done with the setting and space combat (needed to use a guide for the princess rescue combat though), had some issues with selling bots (as in, no arcade or selling for god knows what reason, managed without it fine though)

really scratched the space sci-fi itch that is sadly a bit lacking around here.

question I do have :

Will there be further tiers of weaponry, shields etc? right now my ship is maxed out as far as I currently can take it (minus torpedo mk2... never seen it in my game... speaking of... do not like the whole, buy torpedos, equip them, use them, buy more, re-equip...) but even then some bounty missions are still... eh, not risking it.

overall a great game, good humor, good scenes, looking forward to later updates!

Quick question: how does one "manipulate the locks" for Nimhe? I tied using the control unit on the door, but it hasn't worked... otherwise, great game!

The saving princess mission was pretty straightforward, finished it in two tries. As the hint in the mission menu tells you, make sure you go in fully equipped with torpedos. Torpedos have an AoE effect in the tiles around your target area, so when the ships drop the seeker mines its more efficient to get rid of them that way, dont even need to use the highest tier torpedos either. Also use cover.
I actually liked the ship battles and all else, everything seemed to me pretty intuitive. Thats a sign of good game design. ::shrug::

i miss this event to be repeteable in order to train more of nimhe submission.. or something linked to krell training( maybe is already on 0.8 or 0.9 version?)

There is some new gear. Voron Shields which give cloaking abilities and a high end Collapsar Torpedo on V0.9. Maybe more lateron when you enter Voron Space in V0.10, which is technologically most advanced

Furthermore I think i could play this even without the titties.
That was my goal, developing a game with some layer of NSFW beneath it and not vice versa.
But I guess players have different expectations. Got also some heat that there is too much "game" in my game :)

That event wasn't well planned / premature and I had to stall further progress until I could figure out which way to take Nimhe... will start in V0.9 and later.

SUB / Pet training for TRis starts in V0.8.

Bah, it's literally right in the word "game", if people want to just get their rocks off, well, the internet is for porn.

one of the basic fundamentals of games is "reach goal, get reward", it's more complicated than that, but the basic idea remains, greater risk = better reward (which you have done nicely so far with the bounty system)

just make sure that players CAN become overpowered before the endgame with enough time investment... something I wish triple-A game studios would learn, what's the point of becoming overpowered after you beat the main part of the game? the game is beaten. "oh hey, you just beat the most powerful boss in the game, have this uber-powerful item that would have been great 5 minutes ago..." bleh... pet peeve of mine.

To be perfectly frank it is a bit grindy. Saying that, grindiness is typical with these sorts of nsfw games- most have some kind of grind to them...enough that I wonder if there should be a separate genre tag for it. FWIW as I said above, the mechanics of the gameplay are pretty intuitive and casual enough for me not to mind much at all, its just noticable.
As an example, after doing four days or so of level 3/4 BH missions as well as 3 five star bots in the arcade, I had more than enough money for everything. Its a casual gaming experience, and I like that. It has my favorite Trek starlet front and center and I like that even more.

Use the Wrist Control Unit to manipulate the locks... on the handcuffs. First look at them then manipulate.

To all who complain, there is to much game in this game, go play your shitty VNs. N stop trying to instagratify every game with big red easy buttons. Some of us like to work up to a good wank and are not all about the wam bam thank ya mam. Lmao, sorry if that seems hostile, been having a rather epicly shit month in RL.
