I started new game and tech skill don't rise from ship repair. I get level 6 by exp., but tech skill still at level 3.
Guess it's a bug.

If you do not use a mod like URM it works 100%.
You need about 2 individual repair spots for 1 lvl. Activates overnight.

If you did all that and nothing happens please post your save game and i'll have a look.

Please note that I will not load any save from 210_012a, which is unauthorized hack copy.

does anyone have a full save file with all achievements and gallery unlocks?

It has been some time and i dont have safe i can load into the new verion.
