There are no official console commands. The Console Commands from first post are manipulating game variables via python. Basically the same thing what the URM does. It can break your progress as well.

2.0 is in preparation, it brings save game compatibility between updates(amongst other things).
Have the same issues as some other guys in the thread. Started from day 60 and the Tr'is quest "The Autotrainer Effect" is hard stuck. I tried every suggested legit fix, can i somehow at least solve it via save editing or something?
I'm almost certain that this Quest works as designed.
That being said, the design might not be straightforward enough and I would like to understand where people get stuck. If you send me your safe game I will have a look at your data. Maybe it gives some indication how to streamline this Quests trigger.
It's the particular art style. It is a 3D version very similar to that of the hand drawn style used by Disney for Kim Possible. If you want to see realistic 3Dcg you should try one of the other games on the forum that are in line with your own tastes.
Strange, right now I'm at a loss on what to do. I'm at the "let tr'is sleep a night..." step. At 20:00 she's in her room about to excercise and the cameras show the engineer showers. It also makes no difference if I give her the astropolitan or not at 18:00 while she is in the cafeteria because at 19:00 when I ask for a favour I get hit with the "I might consider a practical test at some later time".
Not sure what else I could have missed.
Edit: by the way I waited way more than a night and I also talked with Nimhe about the effects with the autotrainer. If a save file is of any help I'm happy to provide.

If you know how to locate your save file (LX-x-x.SAVE) you can message that to me on F95 and I can analyze it.
From the state you are, there is no other condition than to wait 1 day, so without looking at you game I cannot easilöy say. I assume you did not use any mod (especially not URM which corrupts data states in my game)

No, not in the same way that URM breaks the game. So long as you aren't messing with anything too deep in altering variables with console commands (or save editing), you'll be fine. Altering your money or any inventory variables that aren't key story progression items is fine, and removes the vast majority of the grind. URM on the other hand can just break the game because the way it hooks the files doesn't work right for how he coded it, even if you don't change anything it can cause your game to loop instead of progressing through the days, stuff like that.
If I remember correctly you need to actively call her after intercepting the traders.
Use the comm function of your computer terminal.

If you are not using any mods I'd like to have a look at your save to analyze the issue. Not sure where exactly you are at

Is there a way to get the event to take away Moiras exemption to trigger or is it literally just RNG?

To my knowledge, not a single old save file has been compatible with another version as of yet. use the multiverse pod (obtained after ylyee quest at iltari space station at the bar) to send items and sexbots from your current version to future versions (you will have to do this for every version until save compatibility is scheduled to come in 2.0.0), then use the option to start your game at a specific point.
Once you have started a new game after using the multiverse pod, go to the first sector and go pick up the multiverse pod and your items and sexbots will be in there and you can continue from there.
how do i progress here? i have multiple bots level 2 and 3 created and i dont know what to do..
The parts specifically need to be "military grade" quality to build the bot up with you cant just throw any level part on.
