Is there a limit to how many times you can cloak during combat? I tried searching for this, but no keywords yielded any results regarding any limitations. I was in a battle and after a time I could no longer cloak. I'm guessing 6 modules means 6 cloaks?

It is supposed to be 1 cloak action per three cloak axons in the shield, so a max of 2 per combat.
2.20 has a bug though, so there might be up to 6 cloak actions available.

I would be happy to be proved wrong, but I am going to guess that the cloaking AddOns in question are shield only. I can't see a logical reason why the cargo cloak AddOns would affect the ship cloaking ability, so twice per fight.

It is for both, in endgame fights I regulary use shields 3 times in a fight.

Edit: Or as Y.V. said, a bug is in play

According to the walkthrough, so with fully decked out shield and cargobay, that is 4 times per fight

And why are you not sure? Are you unable to check your cargo terminal? If you have modules installed in your cargo compressor you can remove one, if you have none at all Krogneath at pirates sells them occasionally.

I just discovered porn-gifs (animated) jigsaw puzzles for myself and want to share the experience.
They are really fun time killers, you should look at them if you are looking for new ideas.
Of course they require a 30 sec gif, maybe you could use AI-animation or motion capture.
The idea is to combine them with auto-battlers like Backpack Battles or FTL.
You're just assembling the jigsaw while the action (battle/mining) takes place.

P.S.
Please tell more about plans for chibis of Jim, Vee, Seraphine, Ylyee, BB2. Are they going to be a reward for achivements with secret missions for them? Will there be a pony-chibi?

In a first round it will be moira, seraphine, khelara and tris to have a good mix. Regarding mob chibis maybe I add some extraordinary one: "Krell Battle Pet", ...

The replicator confuses me.

I wanted to replicate the sealed Galaxina prototype. I created a blueprint without issue then gave the original to Nihme. I collected the raw resources necessary. I returned to the replicator, set it to replication mode, chose the blueprint, clicked on replicate and got a success message.

The resources were consumed. No prototype is in my inventory. Only Chtonium ore is in the nearby crate. Nothing else seems to be a container. I even checked the ship inventory and nothing appears there.

How does one collect the replication results?

I have seen this post. How to create the blueprint? If I give the prototype to Nihme, it is gone... so no reward. According to the walkthrough should be possible to obtain the reward (50.000.000 credits) *AND* obtain the blueprint...

For sure I'm missing something.

there was a bug in the old version I think 2.1 regarding this replication.
Inversion 2.2 it should work. This is how you do it:
Repackage the Galaxina shell into the inventory container.
Analyse the inventory container in the replicator
Make a new inventory container.
Hand in one inventory container for the reward and unpack the other one again to use as a shell

I think I described it in the walk-through document.

I couldn't find anything about this searching the WT or this thread, but I got to the part where Nimhe can now upgrade bots (not bot parts) under the Lab Materials option in her dialogue. However, the only option so far seems to be G shell and when chosen the dialogue starts sounding like it could be either shell or bot. So I tried to do it with a bot using a G shell, but when I went back to her the option was gone. I went back to the bot and removed the G shell and tried again and the option was available again so I tried it and she said she upgraded... something. I couldn't remember what the shell was initially so I tried it again when I knew exactly what I had, a gen 2 elite and a gen 3 military. She upgraded the gen 3 military to a gen 2 elite. Seems a bit odd but maybe the upgrades are sorta random? Was nice getting an elite out of it, but downgrading from gen 3 to gen 2 doesn't seem like an upgrade. Could it be random after the elite upgrade?
Also, she has great difficulty grafting gen3 for the lower tier shells let alone a gen 3 military, but her first G shell she made was gen 2 elite then the second was a gen 3 military. Then the third was another gen 2 elite. She tried 15-20 times to craft a N shell and always gen 1 or 2 basic or subpar (worst example I have, most others would eventually yield a gen 3 military with less than 10 attempts). If I recall correctly, her first attempt at a F shell was a gen 3 military as well. Is this normal to have higher chance with higher tiers? Kinda makes sense if it does considering the rarity of the bot crates.

Ah I get what you're saying. I have the J bot put away for a while now and kinda forgot about it. So it seems it likely upgraded the bot while it was packed so it didn't use up the shell and sorta replaced it instead. I'll check the box and see. Thanks m8

And those G shells Nimhe made for me were just really fucking weird. First two she made were gen2 elite, then a gen3 military, then another gen2 elite. Wasn't till her 5th attempt did she make something less. But she couldn't make a gen3 N shell in nearly 20 attempts. I got tired of trying and just bought one from the auctioneer.

The walkthrough says that I should wait at least 3 days. I've waited longer. Nothing happens. No BB-2 message saying I need to wait. I can't even get to the Library because I get the message "Xenos Inner System Access Not Authorized".

I got the mission "THE INNER ZONE" - It may take a day until word of your presence in teh Xenos System gets around - and in the first night I saw the cutscene in the library. But that's it.

Am I missing something? Or is it a bug?

If you are actually in the Xenos system, it is likely that you need to spend a full day there. So, when you hyper jump into the system, it is probably in the evening and you need to spend that night there and then spend the next day there as well.
If nothing else, try doing some mining there or do a bounty mission or two, but just don't leave the system and the quest should trigger the next day.

And, I waited like 6 days in Xenos. I do not get any missions there (probably because the system is blocked). I did some mining. The Xenos fields are the only place I can fly to. But no trigger.
