That is a question regarding 2.30, which is not public yet. Kindly ask in game discord to not confuse ppl.
UV parts drop in RPG battles (single or as part of a loot renegade bot), but only the bot enclave scenarios

It tell me "The outer fileds are in Zone 100 of lltari system" but there's nothing... Veeand Nimhe already did the beacon search.
