I normally trust this site really well but the downloads are installers not .exe like it claims, not running them till I can get confirmation that its good.

.exe just means executable. an executable can also be an installer.
you can always use a sandbox environment on windows to install stuff there you dont trust.
edit: checked it myself. dunno where you found an installer exe (downloaded from workupload)
this is a flashplayer exe. and it runs just fine.

Bro, you're on a pirate site. Most of the links are going to be sketchy and/or be rife with ads. "Legit" download sites react to DMCAs much faster than sketchy ones. But you can bypass most of the headache with a reliable adblocker.
