She's not a romantic interest, she's a side character. Unless you mean the scene with Sam which was, slightly, before he was an LI

The game is built for open poly relationships where most of the crew will likely have multiple partners. The Silverback kink allows you to prevent future sexual encounters between your LIs and other men but it doesn't work retroactively; these characters had lives prior to the events of the game.
