Hate to break it to you but this is exactly what Patreon is for, it is explicitly setup as a crowdfunding platform for Artists. to give them a source of income while they create their projects.
Go read their mission statement.

Patreon is about supporting not buying, if you don't want to support it then don't... it's not complicated.

you need Android 11 or newer to install the app!

from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

so far pretty much everything has been one and done, but I think it's to early to think that's it, the game is potentially massive, and I have to imagine there will be more scenes with assets already created otherwise it's an incredible waste of resources.
