That actually depends on the content, i know i wouldn't enjoy seeing a scene with a fetish i don't like (and i'm not the only one) that's why it's usually safer to make the player chose beforehand rather than finding yourself with a shitstorm on your hand and having to do damage control afterI go for ALL the content. I think that might help with keeping game saves backward compatible if you added new scenes to old, already released content. If you add a new kink, it's enabled by default and players will choose if they want to disable when they encounter it again in the game.

You're right! Dom routes will be opened in future kink releases. Just as a note: Silverback trait also cuts off content (basically seeing other guys get laid with anyone in your stable).
