It's simple... if you don't like the direction the game is going, stop donating on Patreon. Once the dev realizes he's losing subs he'll course correct to make the majority happy. That's how the free market works, complaining on here isn't gonna help guys.

The dev's announced his plans for week 2 (a week for bi players to play all of the content) like two years ago, and outlined what it will look like at the end of last year:
The content for upcoming updates is known well in advance, it's not a surprise. You can just look at the schedules and wait for the updates that interest you and ignore those that don't. The dev's been consistently releasing updates monthly up until the months that he was sick.
The reason there is pegging content with Sarge at all is because someone on Patreon has been paying to get it into the game with the PsiCorps tier, $250 per scene, so clearly there is some demand for them. If it, like the MMF stuff, is not to your taste, you can just ignore it and move on, not every fetish in the game, gay or straight, is going to be to your liking.
That's not how that works, lol. Bi content is bi content, it by definition involves interacting with both female and male characters at the same time, it's neither "gay" nor "straight". Gay players would have been in the same boat as the straight players if the PsiCorps didn't pay in to have the Gregg scenes added, since they are also waiting for week 3 to start and they aren't interested in the new Bi scenes because they don't want to interact with Diana.
Also there's barely been any new characters since week 2 started, and the only really popular one that's been getting a lot of focus is Drex. Otherwise the focus is still on the original cast.
The recent batch of fantasies/dreams have been introduced as an excuse to incorporate the PsiCorps scenes into the game, everything else has been solidly "real" ever since the original round of dream updates ended.

Thats all fine and dandy but that doesnt mean it's a good decision to do that when you have a significant player base of different orientations. Sexual content aside, the story feels like its going nowhere. I wanna see wtf is going on with the plot too. week1 did a way better job at progressing the plot.

The decision was made because the dev had bi players in mind and wanted them to be able to play through all of the content without having to juggle saves or miss out on stuff. And like I said in the previous comments, most of the content will be reworked and become available to the other players in week 3 anyway, the only issue for straight/gay players is just having to wait a bit longer before the dev gets to that point in the story.
The week 2 updates not advancing the storylines is completely intentional. It's being written in such a way that the bi players who play through it and the gay/straight players who skip over it would have the same experiences and for the latter not to miss out on main story developments.
I think it's completely fair to say that week 2 development has increased in scope, way past what was originally planned, but that's why new gay/straight content has also been added to the schedules and is being made available in week 1. It's so that these player groups won't have to wait all the way until December to play through something new. Whether it is something you will enjoy is a completely different issue.
I kind of wonder how long this game will go on for.
I remember in the early days that MC was going to be able to get smart and choose a "school" (flight, medical, science, infantry, service, etc.) having to do multiple levels of content (bi/gay/straight/specialized kinks) with completely different characters and all of that at this speed makes it seem like the game may not get near completion in our lifetimes.
