I don't think so, since Ranli has said in the past that certain "endings" determined by your characteristics will be void because they wouldn't make sense in your division (like starting a space Jihad when you're in Comfort Section for instance).

I don't think you'll be able to influence the division of the other cadets. After all, in theory SpaceCorps is the one who decides based on the skills of the cadet (and yes, I know you can work your way into a branch, but for the other cadets, that would mean you decide what skills they get, which isn't the case). You will be able to influence other things (as long as they're in line with their own beliefs, you wouldn't be able to make Fatima a loyal supporter of SpaceCorps, for instance, since her initial obedience is too low).
Of course only Ranli knows (although I'm not fully sure he has already established how it'll work ), but I would expect that you have a say in at least some things. Like, if you have a dom relationship with Cole he would probably choose the division you want him to go. Or you could encourage Anna to get into SciCorp. And the story could give you the opportunity to do that.
I hope there's a way to get more than one love interest based on your choices, a polyamorous route. Although i'm sure that dating someone won't mean you won't get to fuck other people, specially in this setting, but i love both Cis and Ayewn, and i hope that we can score them both.

Oh thought abt the exact same thing. Anna seems to have talent for maths or whatever but bc of her upbringings. She'd most likely end up in servicorps or smt like that. Maybe the mc will have, at some point, the option to convince her to do it. That could be the case for a couple of characters. If more, I think it will be too hard to manage.

I have seen Ranli mention before that Sam is likely to follow the MC's branch choice, but it also doesn't seem like the branch picks are 100% set in stone at this point.
Philmore, for example, was talking about getting into Comfort in his introduction, but now in the recent M/M Comfort Cection mission he says he is aiming for Flite. Ranli seems to have changed his mind (or plain forgot) about the character's development, so there could be other deviations from the plan in the future.

Don't know how the system will continue develop, but at least right now it seems like the PLI character will just get slightly more content and character points than the others. Everyone else is still romanceable if you choose to pursue them. Though I don't think multiple PLIs is possible, I can definitely see something like inviting characters into the relationship or making a throuple being implement if there's enough demand for it.

Considering how the gallery works in this game, I don't think there is a way to completely unlock everything without a lot of save editing. Unlike most of the RenPy VNs I've played, the game doesn't track which scenes had been unlocked universally, but rather only within the individual playthroughs. And with the many branching paths the game has, there's no way to see all of the scenes in one playthrough and complete the gallery, so the save has to be edited to mark a bunch of variables as true to indicate that the scenes were viewed (which may or may not break something if you continue playing)

Playing the compressed version and there are annoying audio pops/crackles every minute or so. Does the normal game have this issue too? Might have to switch over if it doesnt.

There is no way to make a "full save file". A good number of scenes are either exclusive to each other or have exclusive permutations. The variant you pick gets recorded in the gallery of that playthrough, but there is no centralized gallery in the menu.

from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
