The update that just came out ends with Morgana waking the crew up because of some kind of biohazard outbreak emergency and ordering them all to evacuate the ship. The rest of this scenario will play out in the January update.

I really doubt one of them is actually going to die, that's a pretty big split path so early in the story. I think the biggest consequences will be that choosing one over the other will cost the player a lot of points with the one you don't save (plus I can also see the other cadets being pissed with the MC for saving Cole over Cis). Though you never know lol.

I think this could also be a hint about who the main love interests for Week 3 are going to be (the ones getting the shower scenes), Cole and Cis. In which case Anna and Chad will be Week 5, which would suck for the Anna fans, but be great news for all of the Cis fans here who were waiting for more scenes with her.

I'm personally a fan of all of them. But since Anna was an MC's crush since his childhood leaving her for the last scenes just feels wrong.

Iirc, which demons are available to save depends on your sexual orientation. If you've been playing straight, you're only going to get Na'amah. Genderblind/futa kinks unlock Ashtaroth and being Gay/Bi unlocks Lloricain and Ashmodai.

Yeah, I was pretty confident we would get the Anna seduction scenes before Cis, the latter still feels like it would need a bit more buildup considering their relationship. But I guess saving Anna for last could still work if done right. It could be a kind of slower burn romance that requires more wooing and courting for her to admit her feelings, let go of religious repression, and be comfortable dating the MC.

The issue is that most of that's already been done during week 1 and they've already admitted to liking each other in the lecture mission, lol. I guess there could be some drama introduced to keep them apart a bit longer, like her not wanting to date him because he's a poor hick and her parents wouldn't approve (and he's also screwing everyone on the ship).

An issue related to that is that the modular story building during the "mission" slots hasn't been a problem yet, but it's getting there: Keeping story progression aligned for the various characters as their arcs progress is going to get tricky.

It's going to be odd, e.g., to play the simulator scenes with a character long after the MC may have begun an actual physical relationship with that character, or keeping Anna's and Chad's appearances in the oral classes consistent with any relationship progress outside of them.

The non-linear way the story is constructed where the player gets to pick and choose which scenes to see when (if ever), has a lot going for it but does make it more difficult to tell a coherent story with consistent characters.

the harem tag is not really right if Felix NTR is not completely optional. harems have no ntr outside its members. cuck is not a very masculine trait by nature and wont have harems since they only have one male. but i guess ntr is very ingrained in this game looking at Silverback trait it only says it won't show the scenes, instead of they did not happen.

there's a lot more regarding this, as a straight guy as long as you don't associate yourself with MC too much you can play fine, otherwise a lot of stuff is just forced

if I remember correctly, Ranli said quite some time ago that week 2 is basically made to get the bi players up to speed with the various remaining missions, whereas str8/gay players will have a bunch of stat increases to compensate for the lack of missions.
Not sure if he changed his mind in the meanwhile.

This is still basically the case; it mainly allows bi players to play all of the currently available missions, while throwing some stats at other players so that the character progression doesn't get too unbalanced. Philmore's birthday scene is probably going to be the only notable event outside of the 'story' days (8 and 15).

There's some unique content being added now for bi players, like the Sam and Fatima bonus event after seducing them both + the extra gym scenes (personally a big fan of this, the game should embrace its bi/pan-sexuality aspects more, imo).

He second week is meant to be catch-up. I.e. you can play through the shower scenes you didn't see, they aren't getting new scenes. And shower scenes with others are planned, though Cole will get his first.

EDIT: Indiviual scenes, they are getting the combined bisexual scene, but I wouldn't consider that other characters getting banned from it. Apparently future shower scenes are planned to be shorter to avoid such feelings in the future.

All bunkmates are meant to have shower scenes at some point but Sam and Fatima are the most popular characters by far, it also doesn't help that there's like 8 different storylines besides the romance one going on at the same time.
