This is apparently an option for the character of Cole but for now there's been very little happening. Probably at some point in the future.
I'm not sure any other character will follow suit.
is there a way to modify save file without it being locked saying do you trust the person who modified save you click yes and it just ignores it and wants you to load another one ?

Anyone know what the differences are between the file hosts that accounts for over ~0.5 gigs worth of size difference? I usually trust f95 (by default) but this one has me scratching my head...

it's actually what you want it to be: you will be asked to manually enter the relationship between you and CiCi and also you and MeeMaw (don't remember how she is called in-game) -although the latter is not on the ship and mostly a background character.
I think the default is flatmate and landlady or something like that?

In addition to what the others have said, there's also going to be M/M stuff with MC's cousin Felix, if that's something that interests you at all, and there's quite a lot of taboo stuff between secondary characters as well which varies in how explicit and blatant it is (Fatima and her brothers, Cis and Felix, Cis and Momma, Sam and Dan, Cole and his dad, Anna and her mom, Gilly and her mother Mrs Mulligan, and probably a bunch more that I'm not remembering now).
Agreed but there is at least two missions that you should achieve in a certain order : the "Dreams of Reality" module from the holodeck before the Servicorps mission with Lenore stuck in the washing machine.
The Easter egg you obtain at the very end of the DoR module introduces a new scene where the MC gives the egg to boss Dave. This new scene has no impact on the gameplay yet.
Also, in the "Prison snitch" mission, if the MC has sex with the female khumon, it opens a slot for a new Servicorps mission. The downside is the MC becoming a Division 9 informer. I tend to avoid that route.

This is true, but there are other service missions planned for future updates that will create more opportunities to get the Easter egg scene.
I kind of got the feeling that becoming an informer is the canon option or at least the one that is assumed that the player picks. The Sam Redacted mission dialogue plays out as if MC has been the informer the whole time and the game doesn't even check the variable afaik (though it could also just be that Ranli forgot about the informant path being optional while writing the mission). And it is kind of hard to avoid it in general, as it basically means rejecting and missing out on all the Meera content.

(although I don't remember any full-body vaginal insertion in those! Unless Innerspace has a director's cut I don't know about...?)
