Can I ask for "collectibles" or "Trophies" to be added?
Like getting special items, or seeing all the game overs, etc.?
Could probably make a few fun things out of it. Like learning xenobiology with unknown species, MC's experience would be the first stuff added to the literature.
That last bit is the plan for the new Xeno screen :D (and similar screens for synths and Daemon). I like the Trophies idea, too - I may well do something like that (prob more like Steam Achievements than GTA Completion)
I love this game my only gripe with it is i hope their will be an option to darken the textbox, cause the green computer talk and the alien cursive gets rough to read.
Thanks purplepower! :p Yeah - I’ve been thinking that a bit myself. I may do that for the next update.
Two questions.
1: Is there a scene gallery, or am I going to have pages and pages of saves?
2: Is the game type open world where ou can go in whatever order you want, or is it linear/day driven?
1. Right now, it’s pages and page of saves :LOL: But I’ve got something in the works - it’ll take a while to eat up and running though!
2. It’s currently linear, and the next Phase will be day driven (although you’ll be able to make so many choices it will be close to open!)

from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

I've updated from the previous version v0.2.8 and I tried out some of the new features. I have to say, they're amazing and very useful. However, I have noticed some alien species appear in some of my earlier in the game saves but when I checked out the save at the current end of content some of the previously unlocked species were completely missing (I have Khumon and Avavexi but not Volchak or Phalaxian). I presume that must be some sort of bug.

Thanks ionpop! :D Yes - the full array only appears on a whole new playthrough from the start (it's about where the triggers are placed) so any saves from showerblock onward will only have Khumon and Avavexi. You won't need to play though again - I'll be retriggering them as I go, and you won't lose any content you want to see ;)

I think a good way to do that would be to show a succession of kinks/traits with the options of "Yay", "Nay" or trigger the event leading up to it again to remind the player of what that actually means when new content is added. It can also act as a quick recap. I believe this is what you have in mind.

Alternatively maybe you can make it like a semi-permanent profile outside a particular playthorough since preferences are unlikely to change very much throughout the game. This has the added benefit of keeping track of kinks/traits/species at any given point by comparing the semi-permanent profile choices with the encountered choices up to that point in a particular save. Judging by the main menu this also seems to have crossed your mind although it doesn't seem to be implemented yet.

My main concern wasn't really with missing content as I've noticed you can still enable them later on when you encounter them again. My concern was actually with record keeping. I usually make a save file for every choice I encounter in my main playthroughs so I can explore other options, which by the way works wonderfully with the in-game walkthough, but this bug makes it a bit harder to figure out whether a save is before or after a certain scene. Also, the perfectionist in me died a little because of that, so you'll have that on your conscience. ;)

Yeah - I get it (I'm a fan of micromanagement games myself) The F and M buttons in the screen will eventually be ways of turning the aliens on and off by gender - but the way I have that planned would have broken saves, and I'm holding off on that until the end of the prologue (yes, this is still the prologue! :eek:) It will be the same for the Synthoholic and Daemoniac screens when they're implemented :)

Oh no usually your rips are good but something went terribly wrong this time. It could just be me but I see white screens after the second choice with the robot girl and then those same white screens keep reappearing in other scenes. And the logos/dialog boxes are stretched out in a weird way.

I'll just stick with the 1.5GB version for now but thanks for trying and keep up the good work.

I had this problem when I compressed this game, the transparency of images gets lost. I took the time to add the uncompressed transparent images back when I finished compressed it previously. I've had a couple games give me that issue.

It takes a little bit of time and patience to do, and adds a bit more size back to the game, but it's worth it to keep the integrity of the game intact. I could give you some help if you need it, or you could leave this one to me in the future.
