Big thanks to perles75 for an amazing 5* rating! Have no doubt that the future will being many interesting and wonderful new things (right now, I'm mainly working on the Personnel Files and a whole shedload of animations! :p ) I love ratings - and every 5* takes me one step further up the listings. If you haven't done one for SpaceCorps yet - or any other game you enjoy - please consider it ;)

Oof. Top left corner pic is making me anxious for when we can finally have fun sexy time with sam
Lol - me too! The weight of expectation! I heard a rumour that there's a fantasy animation you may like coming up in the next update  One for every cadet plus cis!

And In Other News... SpaceCorps 0.3.2b REMASTERED is now out for All-Patrons! I'll be keeping this one Patron-Only for a little longer than usual, but you will be seeing an August Public Release. Anyone who snaps under the pressure and pledges before then will be much appreciated! ;)

Superb 5* rating from Renly13  Many thanks, and proud to be your your top game! :D Oh, and many more chapters to come - the planned scenarios list is so big now that I'd need a team of 50 to get through it

Huge thanks to Dreadder for a fantastic 5* rating! :p :D Hugely appreciate the effort and the lovely things you've said, and I'm pleased to have broken your reviewing cherry  Lol - I may have to review my promo stuff to account for the initial reluctance to try it out... but glad to have defied the initial expectations! (also makes me wonder how many good games I've overlooked myself).

PS: Lol - and yes, I was a massive Terry Pratchett fan growing up. The Discworld series isn't just hilarious - it's one of the most brilliant and detailed exercises in worldbuilding that I've ever seen, with a mind-bogglingly huge cast of distinct characters (personal faves have to be The Librarian, Granny Weatherwax and The Patrician). An allusion to a dryad's 'mossy bits' might even have sent me down this whole path at an early age (I wrote a short porny text game about dryads for my classmates before forgetting about computers for the next 10 years).

Hah! It's been a while since I had any of my cherries broken save for that one, but you deserve it, laddie. :)

I'm not sure anyone can ever appreciate your game fully before he actually tries it out so I'm not sure as to what promo material would work. I think people's reviews are still your best option, so you just keep on doing your usual great job.

As for Sir Pratchett, well, if you ask me, he is the greatest author who ever lived and I have certainly read many. :) I've always favoured Captain Vimes personally, perhaps because I've felt closest to his character and reasoning, not to mention his WHERE'S MY COW rampage and his later taming of his inner deamon in Thud! still gives me the chills every time I think about it. :) Sir Pratchett certainly was a one-in-a-generation storyteller.

Back then I was obsessed with Pratchett (and Robert Rankin). The Nightswatch series was really good (and a nice detective line among all the other genres Sir Terry fitted into the Discworld) - Captain Vimes was super (and Nobby was hilarious).

There was one character I really didn't like, though - this big, muscly, dumb ox that never noticed how attractive women found him. I forget his name, but you know the one... redhead, absurd sense of morality... heavy-handed suggestions that he was some sort of Chosen One. But really he was just some idiot hick who continually failed to adapt to the new situation... Oh yeah! It was Constable Carr...

Hah, the Head Banger - two metre tall dwarf who was certainly not adopted or anything, you mean? I must say I've never made the connection, though now that you mention it... :ROFLMAO:

My favourite was Susan Sto Helit, seemingly the only sensible character on the whole of Discworld, with a very low tolerance level for stupidity, making her scarier than her grandfather.

Susan Death/Sto Helit is certainly a great character, though I am fonder of her GRANDFATHER myself. :D

So, RanliLabz, you mentioned the public release will be slightly delayed this month but I was wondering if you perhaps already have a set date in mind?

I agree - I get why SuddenReal likes Susan, but Death was the real draw for me in those storylines (I was pretty keen on the Death of Rats, too... cute lil fella )

I reckon the public release with prob be on the 14th... apologies for the longer wait, but hopefully the new graphics will be worth it ;)
