There's Cis (2 sex scenes with MC and other saucy content), Fatima and her 3 bros (the black girl in the pics - multiple flashback scenes throughout, mainly gangbang), and the 4 Daemons (3 major scenes - mainly gangbangs - plus numerous fantasies). It's not primarily an incest game, but the amount is decent now
Honestly, Vimes' character development throughout that series is probably my favorite of any book series. Never has there been a man desperately asking the world where his cow is with more emotion. Vetinari was also great and I am to this day heartbroken that he never got around to completing his training of Lipwig before Pratchett died. God damn Parkinson's.

It's already been discussed before, but (especially in this market) first impressions are everything. The quality of renders is the first thing people see, and is praised more than the story in some cases. So, updating earlier art to come up to par with later work is a better idea than add "trust me, the art gets better two hours in, no really, I swear" as a tagline.
I loved Lipwig. I was glad to see new recurring characters, especially in Ank-Morpork. Pratchett used to say he didn't want any more stories in Ank-Morpork because they'd always gravitate towards Vimes somehow, and he didn't want to write about him anymore (and I can't blame him, too much of a good thing just ruins it), but Lipwig somehow was able to stay clear of Vimes (which is ironic considering Lipwig's past, I know).
No, CIS gets him out of jail, Ranli ends with a major cliffhanger and then, like the jerk he is, pushes two updates that improve older artwork instead of conintueing the story.. Which means, in order to catch up again, it'll be best to start from scratch again, but hey, at least we'll see better artwork this time.
Too bad most of them aren't even worth trying. This game is far from "gay male focused" tho.. It can be if you choose only gay paths, I suppose.

Btw, I know you added some extra m/m options during this remaster process, anything to look out for in particular in regards to M/F content or are those parts mostly the same except for the better graphics?

It's mainly just upgrades - but some of them turn previously unfappable scenes into fappable scenes (e.g. Morgana's slightly dodgy vagina is now the fixed version and the Daemon gangbang is properly rendered). New sexual content is mainly in the fantasies (Fatima and her bros feature heavily).)Big Cis scene after that!
100% - the original scenes were done when I had a very poor rig, and I always hoped to get enough dem patreon dolla to get a machine that could handle a remaster!
The older pics weren't only holding the game back - they were a constant itch in my mental space - and getting them done has made very happy indeed! But to any questioners - I promise you I would not have willingly spent 9 weeks remastering well over a thousand images if I didn't think it were vital... not with a shapeshifter on the loose and a psionically linked sister glaring at me!
