Fatima! And I shan't heed any odious insinuations to the contrary. If any of the highfalutin gossip-mongers who spread such disdainful rumors knew the lovely Fatima bint Safa in the slightest, they would see why such a thing is against her very nature. Fatima has the heart of a rebel and the determination to walk the harder roads in life. She isn't the sort of person who would conform to the low expectations of those who spread such unflattering hearsay about her settling for the nearest men at hand.
But in all seriousness, Fatima's update was a huge disappointment for me. I'm not interested in many of the kinks in this game, so talking to Fatima was like walking through a minefield trying to get to the good stuff. For example, I had achieved the Silverback trait from stating that I had no interest in ever seeing Fatima with another guy, but there was a mind read in her segment that showed just that. Which is a lot worse than the early imagination clouds, because those weren't real while these ones are apparently true.
Another issue was that the only way to kiss Fatima at the end for her scene is if you are willing to eat your own cum. Which is something I already chose not to do on more than one occasion previously during the game. Sarge, Lenore, and Meera were all turned down, and that was after cum swapping was already "disabled" by my choice with the nurse. I didn't seem to miss out on anything that I wanted to see with those three, so I didn't mind being given the option to change my mind. But if you don't try to kiss Fatima right after she finishes you off, there is no second chance opportunity to go for a kiss after she cleans herself off a bit. And while that was not a big deal, it was noticeable.
The main reason I tend to avoid games with optional content for kinks that I don't like is because the optional content tends to bleed out into the rest of the game anyhow. Which is what's starting to happen here. In the early stages of the game, our choices often affected the behaviour of people around us. Our choices didn't just prevent us from seeing Fatima hook up with Cole, but rather it caused her to lose interest in him. And that was the most impressive thing about the game to me, was how it tried to give everyone all that they wanted and nothing that they didn't. That doesn't seem to be as much of a priority now, and the more vanilla content is getting the short end of the stick here.
Fatima's brothers were in more of Fatima's mind reading segments than Fatima was. We even saw her older brother bang half the women in our town too. So that really took the wind out of my sails when it come to looking forward to future content with her. There are a lot of things I like about Fatima, but none of them involve her brothers. I like her ability to see church and government for what they really are, while Anna seems as oblivious as the MC. She also shows an interest in the main character, while Anna can't even recognize him after ignoring him her whole life. I also think that Fatima is far better looking than Anna. So Fatima was my first choice for a primary love interest going into this update, but the brother stuff is a huge turn off.
I'm thinking that it sounds likely this game is really, really not for you man. As you stated yourself, you seem to not be interested in like 80% of what's going on all the time. For me, a lot of this is the CORE aspect of what the game really is.

I'm a bit confused over the silverback thing you mentioned - there are just 5 out of 450 new images in that update where Fatima makes contact with another man. Looking at the code again, it looks like all the scenes with Fatima and another guy are hidden behind the silverback kink-gate. Could you let me know some more details so I can track down if there's a bug?
Regarding the kiss - no, you can't kiss her again in that scene if you're not willing to get a bit sticky... but you have already kissed her normally in that scene [if she is your PLI option].
