I went back and replayed the game from the start, and this time I didn't get the mind swirl flashback of Fatima blowing her brother. Then I loaded an older save from November, and I did get the scene there, so I guess it was an old bug that got fixed in between now and then. My fault for being lazy and using an old save. This wouldn't be the first game where I've made that mistake.
I did still get a mind swirl scene where Fatima enjoys watching her brothers jerk off, which I'm not happy about but can tolerate.
I actually did go for the kiss on my first playthrough. I'm not into the cum swapping stuff, but I kind of liked it from a role playing perspective, as in, he is willing to go the extra mile for Fatima but not the others. Then I replayed the scene to see what the other option was an it just kinda ended with Fatima being less exited about you and that just added to my worries about the future caused by seeing the mind swirl flashback of her brother "raising" her, which it turns out I wasn't supposed to see after all. So that's a big relief.
Now I just need keep my fingers crossed that kissing Fatima doesn't come back to bite me in future scenes with other characters.

Lol - fortunately it's not currently tied into your relationship with other characters [mind you, Morgana does see all
]. I wouldn't worry too much about not doing the cumkiss - it doesn't actually affect her attitude to you, just your perversion score. The non-cumkiss earlier in the conversation gains you a point along the way, though.
