Um, be more specific? Especially in the last couple of years, what has been described to be in the next update was in the next update, or at worst it was delayed by one month...

Yeah, I'm not sure what you mean here. The schedules for the past few years have been followed pretty closely, with only occasional delays here and there. I can think of only a couple of times where there were deviations from the plan, near the end of week 1, but that's not the usual norm.
I think they believed so because you can opt for sexual relations between family members when you talk to Fatima and she mentions having sex with her family and you can say that you like that kind of content. So the players must have jumped to the conclusion that it is mom/son sex.
That's the thing, there's no specifics. You just go through a new update, which doesn't have many things that could interest me, and some updates don't have anything for me at all (not that there are any complaints about that, it's just that this game is designed for too many fetishes and, ultimately, for too many different players). And at the end of each such update, I see a bright picture of what I would like to see, but without specifics, of course. And in the new update, you understand that based on this picture, there is essentially nothing interesting there. So, as such, there is no deception there, just another deception of expectations over and over again. The situation is rather murky, and that's why it's hard to say anything specific about it.
So your problem is that he is good at advertising the next update? Of course he is going to depict the next update as exciting, that's how he makes his living. Maybe you need to temper your expectations around the fact that each update is done in one month by one person. If there is specific content you want to see, go to his Patreon, Discord, etc. and request it so he knows about the demand.
There is no "unlocking" it, it's the default. You can pick anyone you and there is little to no repercussion for it.
I can agree with most of what you said. But the spelling, I think, is meant to be bad. When it's the MC talking or thinking. He's a back-water country hick who doesn't have the best education. So it is understandable that he doesn't know the correct way to say many words. That's just what I take away from it. Most everyone else speaks pretty clear English. That is why I believe it is meant to show his lack of good education.
Are you playing on PC? Because in that case you can just press the H key, I think that's the default to hide the UI for all renpy games. Not sure about the Android port, though, might not be possible there.
Everytime someone suggests "narrowing it down", they seem to assume it's gonna be narrowed down by cutting what they're not interested in and keeping only what they personally want to see. Basically, you're asking for the game to be tailored for you and screw everyone else. Have you considered that the game could just as well be "narrowed down" by cutting all the straight content ?
And it's not like you HAVE to see it. You can opt out in the beginning of the game of the things you don't want to see. So far as I've seen, your choices matter. But, I am just where the MC is looking for Anna in the showerblock.

Which one is visible? I've been scrolling through the assets to see what the extent is, but have so far found nothing. There's over 15,000 images so pretty easy to miss I guess.
I don't know why anybody would say there's any visible pregnancy in this. I haven't played it but I did scroll through the assets a couple times. I saw absolutely nothing depicting pregnancy outside the thumbnail of the pregnancy fetish toggle. Mind you there is 18,500 images approximately, so I guess I could have missed something, but if I did it was because it was super discreet. So far as I can tell, the pregnancy content in this so far is completely non existent outside of possibly a pop-up that says you got a character pregnant. That being said, this deep into the game, if there isn't visible pregnancy yet, we should probably expect the only visibly pregnancy to be a shitty endgame screen of MC posing with each female character he impregnated. And probably not even quality pregnancy, just someone turned up the belly fat slider all the way in DAZ3D.
