The way I read your comment was that you were calling dp porn gay/not straight, since you put "straight" in quotes, and implying that people watching it were also then gay/not completely straight, which I didn't care for. I got a bit snarky about this in my response, but I wasn't genuinely trying to call you out or shame you for your sexuality, sorry about that. Just wanted to turn it around on someone who I thought was accusing others of being secretly gay.

Straight porn by content alone is definitely not entirely "Straight" unless it's litro a male's pov of the women, you're seeing dick the majority of the time and it isn't your own. Labels will always be limited to how people see them individually, much like how people think traps and futa aren't gay...

I really cannot agree with this. Like I said in a previous comment, "lesbian porn is the only straight porn" is an absurd claim, and it's not that hard to figure out why regular straight porn, with both male and female actors, is consumed. Broadly, the main two reasons are:

1) projecting onto the male character/actor in a fantasy scenario (some common ones off the top of my head are stuff like fantasy boss/secretary, stepfamily, etc.), realizing personal aspirations in appearance and status through them (influential, muscular, tall, big dick, etc.) or, conversely, the actors having a more relatable appearance and being just like them (short, skinny, nerdy, etc, for example) while still being desired by every woman around,

2) seeing the woman/women satisfied through sex (and/or any other fantasy, fetishy scenario that involves a woman),

and it's not about actually looking at and jerking off to penises (unless you are actually gay and you are specifically watching straight porn to ogle the guys).

Do you also apply this logic to romance novels/erotica with female leads? "You're reading about another woman getting fingered? What are you, a lesbian?" Or, more notably, the many straight women over the years who have talked about exclusively watching lesbian porn because straight porn is almost always filmed for men and from the male POV?

Trans women are a pretty big fetish for straight guys, yes, to the point of there being a very controversial community of chasers. Conversely, trans women don't have any presence in gay porn/erotica because, unsurprisingly, gay men are not interested in women.

Femboys/traps is basically an extension of this; I assume that the identifying as a male makes it a bit more of a taboo/thrill, but it doesn't really change much, the idea is still that they are basically a woman/extremely feminine and that's where the main appeal lies. And, once again, this is not a relevant fetish for gay men.

the66 you obviously want people to play your mod. That's probably why you're using a decent file hoster. The developers obviously don't want people to play their free game without a donation and are using something with G-Magic. I really wonder how one downloads the game there and how the uploaders here manage to download it there and link it here on a reasonable basis.

I know allegedly there have been some deletions of the original files uploaded by the developers in the past. Apparently G does not delete. But neither do the hosters used here. Could it be that the developers are (and allegedly want to be) informed by G which G user is downloading. G knows in any case… But the question is, why can't I download as a G user even though I haven't downloaded anything from G in the last few weeks?

Week 2's been taking a bit longer than planned, mostly because of the dev's illness. Unless there will be further changes or unexpected developments in the following few months, week 3 will officially start in December. Aside from the August update, Straight/Gay players will also get a new mission for Week 1 in October, but that seems to be it until week 3 starts.

evidently, I can't seem to read English anymore. Let's check the schedule:

August: one bi, one straight, one gay, one straight content for a bi mission
September: one bi, one straight, one gay content
October: one bi, one everything goes content
November: one gay/straight, one bi, one everything goes content
December: one everything goes, 2 straight variants, one straight/gay unlocked content
January: 3 potential missions of which 2 gay and one straight

Let's be clear: this is one of the few games that are really 50/50. For each scene there are almost always two versions, one straight and one gay, with some bi thrown in the midst. This has been since the beginning and has never changed. So I can't really see this evolution you're talking about.
The only situation I can think there's an imbalance is Pandemonium, where there are 2 males and 1 female character (+1 futa). Although this is partially balanced by the fact that the LIs are mainly 5, 3 girls and 2 boys, with the third boy added only later and with less content.
Recently there has been a lot more bi content, thank you very much considering that week 2 is dedicated specifically to bi characters!
Not to mention that some content is chosen by those backers to pay a lot of money for the Psi commander tier (like the recent series of scenes with cousin Felix).

So, suck it.

The current batch of 2.9 updates are all dedicated to week 2 which is only available to Bi players. Gay/Straight players will continue with week 3 in the December update. There will be a couple of updates in-between that will add some new Gay/Straight content to week 1, though that will require loading from an earlier save, before the to be continued screen.
