No, there isn't. I did use both codes at some point, but I was second-guessing myself as to if there was any difference so I went ahead and looked through the script. This is what came up:

Now, the only difference between them was ending screen stuff.

So the only thing that the codes do is change the ending screen based on Patreon tiers/public release.

I start a new game and in the third? Pandemonicum scene I have to choose between raising faith (can't get rid of that stat fast enough) or being open to gangbangs (which I have previously made clear I do not like), so why isn't there an option where I make it obvious that multiple dudes are not my thing and I wish to overcome the indoctrination that has crippled the MC? Even an option to simply try to sneak away without acknowledging my awareness of the lies of religion and dislike of gangbangs, just letting the stats remain what they are, isn't an option. I have to choose one bad option over the other, but the results always make it so the character agrees with something I don't want. So here I am, having to watch the MC feel horny about watching two guys eifel towering because the tought of agreeing with the Priest is even worse, where before at least the game never left me without an option to opt out of the different fetishes...I'll probably be able to choose away the gangbang stuff later should I encounter it again...but this is the first time it IS forced on the player.
