In my experience traits being on and off doesn't change the narrative or the story. It simply removes the explicit art and makes you skip/ignore that content.

I can't speak to all traits but I do remember having incest off. Changed Fatima's dialogue and those mind viewer things when it came to her brothers. And although Sarge always takes Anna. It was by traits or maybe dialogue choices? What she goes through changes. Because she either talks about being violated or Sarge plays dress up with her.
Iirc, it's the choices after you jump down to save Anna, where you can pick between something like "i hope Anna wasn't abused" (she doesn't get abused by Sarge), "I kinda wanna hear about Sarge abusing Anna" (flashback shows Sarge attacking her, even though Anna's narration completely denies it), and I forget what the third option is, but it may have just skipped the flashback altogether.
That's the point main writting of what really happened doesn't change i think. Just more censored to people who don't want to know some kinks. Like instead of being seeing porn you are seeing erotic movie. The difference? Stuff still happens but is only lightly implied but doesn't show you enough to warrant it to be classified.
I don't really see how these instances with Anna or Cis are meaningfully different from any other split routes or choices in the game, tbh. The game isn't 'hiding' them, it just doesn't happen in your playthrough's version of events. Sarge doesn't abuse Anna and Cis didn't sleep around with the entire crew to earn favours because you chose for them not to by making choices and selecting kinks that shaped how the story developed.
....except it does change. You're saying "i think" and I'm telling you what happens. Like the example I gave with Fatima. The dialogue itself literally changes depending on that trait. The mind visual thing is also changed up. All mentions are removed and replaced. As for Anna, again, the dialogue and visuals are different depending on choice.
Got it. I wasn't sure because i had to replay the scene with her being abused (in the shower where AI is showing you the footage). And the only difference was that i closed my eyes and in the other i was actually seeing what was happening.
My thinking was based on experience and logic. Not some paranoia that doesn't have any substance to it. (not to mention some other players confirming my speculation whilst some others saying opposing thing). As i stated above i played through once and only up to finding Anna and being assaulted by the Sarge.
And yet... you were wrong. Like I pointed out the 1st time. And I did it rather nicely I might add. Up until for some weird ass reason. You started throwing shots while pushing back. In case you have amnesia or don't read what you write afterwards.
That sounds like you paranoid you getting cucked in the background no matter what I say. So not only were you wrong. You got weirdly aggressive out of nowhere and for no reason, while being wrong. I didn't get defensive because I already knew I was right. And wasn't me being aggressive. Me being aggressive would've come with actual insults. Which unlike you, I didn't do.
That's a simple miscommunication and projection with assumption. The "You" in when i was comparing MC's IQ was a generalised statement. What i was stating is exactly about that scene, you close your eyes and by closing your eyes "you believe nothing is happening, since you don't see it" so you have 2 options. A) You are in the realm of MC's IQ B) You "play" ignorance (deeply you know but it's better for your psyche.
The game tells you what the new straight content is, that it is in days 7 and 8, and that everything past that is still in development. You were not supposed to see the bi gym scene.
