There isn’t within the scene - you’re forced to make the choice - but if you’ve already added Nurse Fiora in the very first medbay scene, she’ll remain in your Virtual Stable* and continue to be available. For Maximum content, you’d be best picking HanZi in 0.2.6 - although that will mean you’re still a virgin.

Poor "Meathead" will remain a virgin until the next update, because i will definitely stay with HanZi. The scene with the MC and HanZi is so much hotter in my opinion.
