Spankbot and Kana sensei are different and each came with their unique pros and cons imo. Kana sensei has more refined character voiceover, music in the game and better interface, less bugs. But in terms of animation quality Spankbot is way better, there are more details to the character's movement and expression as well as spank mark effects.

Do you know of any other game developers that use the same style of animations?

Who utilizes koikatsu and/or other 3D renderer? Yeah quite a few in fact, Garnet for example, and a guy with the name Amulet on fanbox occasionally post spanking koikatsu contents.
