I'm not sure about cheats. I did see someone mention how to enable the renpy dev console earlier to manually change variables, but I'm admittedly too lazy to do that. I do have a save that's at like 85% progress (I'm just estimating, since there's no real way for me to know when I've reached the end of the content/"story") but it does have all the punishment options unlocked afaik. Only downside is you don't get to name the characters since I already have in this save file.

try this save, i unlocked as much of the game as I could using the console, but i can't be sure it's everything

all of spankbot's games are made in renpy, a visual novel engine, so it's kind of a mix of both. It's a bunch of scenes interspersed between grinding and unlocking options/progressing the "story"
