Well, I think the title is duplicated, because I recently played here game named "Special Delivery" and I think it was a remake of an earlier project with the same name.

You need to buy something from the shop first, to discard when your bag is full.
As of now, you have no use for anything but the rope, brush, and dagger, but the rest might be used later.
Brush can be given up safely. It saves you 10 minutes of time, but there's more than enough to have left over time to kill afterwards.

You also don't use the dildo, but I have a feeling it will come into play in a future update.

You may be right that they are alienating a large audience of people looking for more normal body types, but you also have to remember that there are plenty of people that specifically search for non-normal body type porn games because they want something different. That's why there are porn games with furry characters, aliens, monsters, and even body morphing. Those are fetishes that don't attract the most people, but for those that do enjoy it, it's great.

At the end of the day, this is a game about a fictional race in another world. If the creator made all the races and body types conform to Earth standards, then they'd be leaving a lot of potential un-explored. Fantasy demands variety.
