I was having the same issue but then I advanced to Act 2 and that fixed it. I'm not 100% certain that it'll also fix yours but it's worth a shot.
Can't seem to start Act 2, I got all the girls to 10 and Claire still won't talk to me. Also, I get a few renpy errors: when clicking on the second page of Elizabeth's gallery, clicking on the apartment building, and shopping mall. Samantha also doesn't show up at clothing store. Her icon is there but she's nowhere to be found.
Molly being the first main girl to go for anal is something I didn't expect.

I don't know, maybe its just me, but I find the whole date aspect kind of monotonous and kind of drags the game down. You have to do the three dates. The characters stop you from advancing until you reach the third date, then you go all the way. Each character follows the same pattern. Makes it feels so gimmicky for no reason. The novelty wears off after the first few characters you advance with, then the rest just feels like a pointless chore. Doesn't help that after the third date, you have to see the scenes from the first two dates when you go back to your house with one of the girls again first, in order to continue to the sex. (It didn't help that the dialogues were treating those scenes as something that happened for the first time, even though we saw them before.) These feel so segmented, it almost felt like they were meant to be only one full scene without any cuts in between.
More will come, but not in 0.4.3 yet. Not all girls will do anal tho, some of them don't like it.
You guessed half right. The way it's setup, you don't necessarily get to the sex in the first two dates, so I can't assume you have seen the previous parts before the final scene. But you're in luck, in this very next update I'm working on some stuff related to the dates, which includes alternate dialogue for when you do them a second time. That still doesn't apply to the sex scene itself, but it's something I'm planning to fix on the update after this one.
As for them stopping you halfway, that's intended. The sex is supposed to get more intimate as you get to know them, and the proper sex should only happen after the final date (at which point you unlock the desire system, and the final affection is them coming to you in the lockers). I also find it nice for the MC to show some restraint. It's something that is often lacking in this type of game, and I think it's nice to have.
And for the dates being mechanically the same for all girls, that's a fair criticism. I try to balance the content evenly between all girls, and that left them mechanically similar, at least until the Desire system unlocks. It's something that I'm aware, and plan to adjust at some point.

Characters can lie.
They can also just be wrong, even about things the character thinks they're confident about.

I... was agreeing with the dev.
Claire talks a lot of shit at the start of the game (which was intended by the dev from the very beginning), and she is wrong about almost everything she says in those early conversations. This isn't the first game where a character said something to insult or manipulate the MC, and vocal players believed it utterly without question, coming here to complain about the thing the person said would happen (which then didn't happen because the character was lying, mistaken, wrong, or had their intended action successfully stopped/opposed by the MC).

Thank you for the first save of the two. I played to the end of Act 1 with everything unlocked except that I missed the Achievement : Early Bird Takes the Worm because you can't get it after the Desire system is unlocked.
FYI: your save is missing the Achievement for peeking into girls lockers with high desire, but I unlocked that 30 seconds after loading your save. Also it is missing the exhibitionist in park on Sunday at midnight (second appearance) but no big deal either; only had to skip from Wednesday to Sunday midnight and done!
Now it is a complete save. Thank you!
