I was having the same issue but then I advanced to Act 2 and that fixed it. I'm not 100% certain that it'll also fix yours but it's worth a shot.

Can't seem to start Act 2, I got all the girls to 10 and Claire still won't talk to me. Also, I get a few renpy errors: when clicking on the second page of Elizabeth's gallery, clicking on the apartment building, and shopping mall. Samantha also doesn't show up at clothing store. Her icon is there but she's nowhere to be found.

Molly being the first main girl to go for anal is something I didn't expect.

Honestly was leaning towards Amy or Elizabeth.

Full* Gallery Saves for v0.4.2:

Installation:

Extract file

Copy and paste contents of saves folder into C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/SpecialHaremClass

Move original saves folder into SpecialHaremClass/game

Gallery can be accessed by loading the game, clicking the menu button in the top-right corner, then clicking the "Girls" option.

Save 1 is a general save while Save 2 is a repeatable blowjob thing with each of the girls.

*Currently missing 4 out of 5 group scenes. Act 2 prevents you from accessing them unless you have a save from before, which I don't, making it impossible to get them until further along in the game's development.
