Had better one before - it was complete training schedule with best item setups.

Tips:
- To unlock all the positions in game you need to use ALL basic positions at least 21 times/position - massive grind.
- The are two very important items for the room (also need to grind it) - one blocks progression of the training (so you can grind affection and unlock the positions) and other one blocks penalty for the repetition of the same training in the same day. Don't remember now, but there was probably also item for affection block.
