The bottom final 2d is what you should expect from the upcoming scenes. Why are there two versions? because the game is undergoing a revamp.

Do you mean new for this update? Because she was in your house for 1 night back in the 2d version of the game (where she had the only live2d bits)
I wanted to know if she had anything entirely new outside of the first game, like maybe being able to invite her back over again.

what do you recommend? should i play the 2dfirst? from what i understand the game will be completely change to 3d or something so the newest version lacks content? or its stilll with 2d with the additional revamp in the game?

Both are free (at least here), so pick whatever and enjoy. 2D one won't get updates anymore so I'd personally roll with it first. 3D gets worthwile updates every now and then but since I don't like "rolling" updates so much I'd rather play some other titles and wait until this one gets completed or (knocking on wood) abandoned.

You can't add the data from 2D to the 3D if that's what you were saying. It's really better to wait for the game to be completed because as of now, it doesn't even reached half of the H-Scenes from the 2D version.
