if you still haven't figured it out or if someone else needs help with translating:

You'll need BepInEx and the Translation mod.

(you can search them up on your own if you don't feel comfortable clicking on any of the links)

Translation mod

First download BepInEx and extract it in the game folder (the game folder name should be "妹と過ごす1ヵ月間" unless you renamed it or smthn)

Then you need to do the same with the translation mod. click yes to all if it asks you to replace some files in the game folder

Third step, you're all set!

but new scene is not ready.
The new scene.. hand-job.. It consists of many image files. not a texture. Maybe mello.second will not work for it. Even if it’s me, I don’t do that work.

Those are plugin of BepInEx. So You need

May be You will use MTL If you downloaded from Spending a month with sister [ENG], Don't need install the BepInEx.
Unpack plugins to BepInEx\plugins\ folder.

Needed BepInEx. you maybe use MTL. reference the The Butler's works.

BepInEx just doesn't work for me, it never creates the plugins folder no matter what I do. I've tried several versions of it, changed the name of the game's exe and the corresponding folders, tried two different drives, no matter what I do it just refuses to generate the folders. Could anyone share the most recent version of the game with the uncensor and the cheats patches applied?

It is impossible to make a complete uncensor! Processing 733 images is already beyond the limit!
