If you stay pregnant or with a bloated belly for too long — you die from a belly burst
If you mean actual childbirth — then no, there’s no giving birth in the game.

Maybe there could be a skill/medicine to make the zombie more compatible? (I haven't played the game jet)

If I’m not mistaken, you can also press J to see the full list of controls.
About the drone — we’re still working on making it more interesting and interactive.
As for the ending — there are already some scenes! If you join our Discord, there’s a test scene showing how the Doc finishes on the main character

X holsters your weapon and there's nothing regarding calling or managing the soldiers/zombies in the input screen from what I've seen.

Yes, in the current version they are placeholders. We’re already updating the character models (I attached a video). The new versions of the MC and zombies have much higher-quality models and proper physics.

Wow, thanks for the fast reply. Another thing, is there lock-on for melee in the game? Using starter weapons like axes and hatchets without lock-on is pretty awkward.
