Go to their penthouse first, and check up on all the 3 girls then you get to snap a picture of Alex in her underwear. Then you have to make enough money by working at the Diner in order to unlock the option to give the picture to the Shop owner.
Believe it's both, as Sam kisses the MC at the end of the game and flashes her goods at the library for him and also when your back at the penthouse in Sam's room.
There's none for now, it's a whole lot of work to add sound. But we will eventually!

We started making ST in September of 2018. There was no games about Totally Spies yet. Unfortunately it took a lot of time to properly polish everything, and other games got released faster. I assure you we don't take any inspiration from them.
Now after all this feedback I feel motivated as hell, so we'll try to be as frequent with updates as we can! Though calling a developers lazy is a bit rude, they're probably working hard. And if we want our game to be not only playable but also enjoyable, we'll take our time.
Scene in the library is the ultimate end for this version. You can't yet train Alex and Clover.
