If memory serves me right, there is one type of enemy would knock you up after knock you out. But it is sadly a bad end, not a full mechanism.

oh man i never thought this game gonna be here, but what about the other one? the splatter beach and also, imo this one is better than the beach version but the only way you see the H scene is by defeat. while the splatter beach have some loop animation in it but still not a big shot except you're some pyschopath who likes torturing little girl then this game is not for you

Unfortunately, but I haven't seen the english version or at least partial translation of that game, besides the UI part.
This is back when Ankoku Marimo actually made games instead of just lazy RPGs with CG art swaps for every enemy, and traced old art that he's been reusing since 2014.
I wish he'd make something like this again, just something original and creative would be great.
