Combat is largely timing, if you are not able to get the timing down you're going to have a real bad time. You should be more than able to survive the entirety of the first floor as long as you get the girls off you fast if they do sexual attacks, not miss your attacks and block their regular attacks. One you get past the first floor you'll notice the golden box which has a upgrade token inside.

I don't know anything about getting jumped mid-fight so are you sure you're remembering right? Or are you going straight into the Sucky fight without going into the warehouse at all. Again, even if you're not all that good with this battle mechanic you should be able to survive more than 1 fight. Please post some screenshots of your current location, you might have skipped some much needed grinding.

How do I get the bathroom problem scene and the lemonade stand scene, I have found the doll 3 times for her.

After the detective comes around the quest tracker switches from the good hooker to get close to Rory, but even after I get 100 affection, nothing happens. Any idea fellas?

I don't know if people are still having trouble with the curry quest thing but, I had the problem where you go back into the kitchen and get another one from Missy. This prevents you from being able to give it to Manjula.
Reload an earlier save and make sure you have only 1 then go directly to Manjula.
Or open your save file with a text editor like Notepad++
C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Studio Ginkgo\Spooky Milk Life is the save location
ctrl+f curry then edit the number after Stack to be 1
