Because the game intro clearly states that the MC is not directly related to the woman and her daugthers...
This is one of the more obvious "IC removed" games, likely based on Patreon guide lines

There seemed to be a problem with the programming side of things, as in the programmer let down their side and not much of that got done for a while. Artwork has been continuous though so do not panic about this game being abandoned.

They've also just released a statement explaining this and as such, a May release is not possible.

if i was you i would wait till next update, it took me so fucking long to get anywhere in the game because the bugs where destroying me and ruining my saves

I pretty much prefer the old style of combat than this one, or a RPG type of combat than quick hand and calculate the right moment to click

I am the opposite. I think I mentioned this earlier, but I like having to only control the game with one hand considering it's a porn game. It'd be weird to only play it for the gameplay.
