For those who have an issue extracting files just extract with something else than default windows (so try 7zip or winrar), it worked for me

Patreon, SubscribeStar, Fanbox and Gumroad importers were down for months. But as of last week both Gumroad and Patreon are back, but SubscribeStar will probably never return as the site threatened legal action and we have no word on wether they're working on Fanbox or have given up.
