Someone please tell me. Is there any point in trying to be dominative? Will my character end up as an even bigger loser or can I prevent it?
No, there is no point to resisting what's being forced on you in this game. The faster you feminize the better off you are. Embrace it.

I'm normally into malesub stuff and size humiliation, but I get the impression that this game would be too much, even for me. Certainly if sissy or gay stuff is forced on you. If not, I'll check it out.
The size humiliation is mostly at the start of the game, when the MC first arrives aboard ship. It's not bad at all and it's there to set the stage for the MC's sissification. The biggest issue isn't size humiliation so much as it is humiliation via NTR. And what's sad and annoying is that the NTR is a sideline to the main story. The NTR is intrusive, unavoidable, and does nothing to accent the main story. It could be cut from the game and it wouldn't change the story significantly. There are quite a few of us fans that have been asking the dev for an off switch option to disable the NTR. We're hoping that he'll listen to us. Eventually.
I do think that this is a fun game, despite the annoying NTR. You should try it. Worst case you don't like it, you delete it, and you've wasted a bit of your time. But the game is well-written, even the NTR that I skip through as fast as I can is well written.

I find myself supremely annoyed at the controlling chef character. Almost every scene I can kind of get behind, or at least tolerate. But, to rob you of a full meal and starve you with a petty sandwich. RAGE!
I just noticed that in the dev notes for what's coming in 0.5 is "Totally new mechanics, giving new meaning to the points." Which I'm assuming means that old saves won't work, so playing the game now is kind of a waste of time as it's going to be changing. Another upcoming thing in 0.5 is "More cuckold content (SMS)" which is probably bad news for those of us that want a player option to disable the NTR as the dev seems to want to cram more NTR down our throats.
Somewhat immersion-breaking is that the MC turns his phone off in the game and he still gets new SMS message notices. What sort of crap phone turns itself back on? Oh, right, a porn game phone.
I wish this game had a Discord so that we could talk to the dev directly.

From what I read there, he's planning to give an option to disable the NTR messages, but he needs to develop something that would replace this part of the game. Not sure when it will be implemented, but he's planning to do it.
As for saves, those were never working with new updates.

Well I checked it out and had to bow out pretty early. The game makes suspension of disbelief impossible. The basic premise of a ship full of dommy size queens might have been great, but then I'm expected to believe they come up with and coordinate this elaborate training/points system across the staff just for this one passenger for some reason.
And already in the first few days, I got the impression that sissy stuff is going to be absolutely unavoidable and not entirely based on consent. I mean, MC gets his clothing stolen almost immediately and there's nothing the player can do to refuse it. You could avoid the ''lessons'' entirely, but then I'm guessing that results in more non-con.

Yeah there's a BOAT LOAD of things to make suspension of disbelief impossible. Unless you consider that this was all already planned and the MC was betrayed into going by his "Best Friend" and/or "(EX)Girlfriend" that where in the know. It makes me think of 1998 "Le dine de con" or the far inferior 2010 remake "Dinner for Schmucks" where unsuspecting losers are brought to a party to be humiliated for the entertainment of the the rich guests. In this case a beta male is brought onto the ship for the entertainment of the Size Queens and Alphas. Of course my issue it every last person on that ship is now a felon for adding and abetting Kidnapping, false imprisonment and psychological and physical torture just to name a few. At this point that cruise line and travel company belong to the MCs. After all the final destination for that cruise is America the land of frivolous law suits. Just imagine the amount of competent lawyers chomping at the bit and licking there chompers waiting and willing to help the MC.

It results in nothing actually. If you stay in your room and only leave to eat then you still need to do the excursions on the weekends. The excursions continue like you did all the classes and quests, especially with Tara or the captain. The likelyhood of bugs also increase drastically in an already buggy game. There's no point playing this if you want to resist or play a game like a game with a winning condition. It is a story about sissification of the protagonist who has their own thoughts and feelings regardless of what the player wants.
Also, yes a lot of porn games and stories really stretch credulity just to get their premise off the ground. I hate it too. You have to think of it like you're in Star Trek's mirror universe or DC's Bizarro world.
It blows my mind that people complain about sissy content in a sissification game...
