I'm having that problem as well and I also having the faces deformed and it doesn't matter if I have deformed_face in the negative prompt

I agree with both Jim and Seph. Increase the sample steps and make sure to use Face restoration and/or post processing.
The next thing is to take a look at the checkpoint and/or Lora's and TI's etc that could be the cause.

I always have at 48 and above
i am in processes of redownloading it
here is a face problem this one is at 20
this one is at 48
I can't get the other problem to occur after re-downloading it

Thanks a mil guys, I'll try later this evening and will up the number of steps, insert proper commas and lower the strength of the TI and see where that takes me. All these make perfect sense. Thanks for the quick turnaround!

OK, couple of recommendations:
- In Settings, make sure you're using GFPGAN for Restore Faces, not the default CodeFormers.
- Enable Hi-res Fix. If your GPU doesn't really have the horsepower for it, just set it as low as you can so it adds at least 8 pixels in each direction. As a minimum use the same number of hires steps as gen steps, ideally double. Don't use Latent, it just blurs stuff. Experiment with which works best for you.

read some answer here, all good, but what sampler? some sampler need more step, or you get these patch.
Also some lora generate this, for example i have some lora and have to weight it to 0.2 for get good result( a bit overtrained i think).

Generating images with multiple subjects is notoriously problematic without help from a Lora or similar. I would try out a Lora that has this specific concept (multiple girls) and try with the bronze statue prompt.

Ok, just ran a few quick tests but issue is gone so human factor was the big problem here... A few days off SD and one forgets everything!

That last one looks really good. you only need to get them looking more like bronze statues. If those Lora's doesn't do the job then try other's like the ones I link to.

I think your issue is that multiple girls, kinda destroy the face details the more girls you add, you need to balance that, in this case, I use another LORA called fashi-girl

Just to add to this. There is a NMKD upscaler with focus on face. Could possibly be useful in this case scenario.

Yeah, I think it is the statue prompt. I couldn't find the lora for the stone statue so had a look further back up the thread for the bronze one. I copied your prompt exactly but used cyberrealistic model instead, got this as the outcome.
Then used adetailer but gave me nonsense as you said, although apart from the middle one the other two originals were 'passable'
So next I kept the same prompt etc but took out bronze_statue
The lassie on the left had the eyes of a Glaswegian woman on a Friday night. But tried Adetailer and got
I just don't think the models are trained for statue look, or the lora hasn't been trained for integrating with other addons yet.

I did link to a checkpoint that is trained for marble statues though.. And also 2 different bronze statue lora's and more
