I don't think you can even fight Belphegor without finding the source of the phenomenon (which is him). Here's your save back, just interact with the girl to cast Open Domain II on her, then proceed any way you want (though you'll miss out on some loot from Belphegor's domain if you kill him without exploring it through other villagers).

Just talk to them and cast Open Domain II, just like with the girl. The exception is one miner who shows up at a different spot the next day after giving the shopkeeper I think 2 Pyromantium.

Very much yes, game's almost done and the endgame on Earth is a nonstop fuckfest while Roya has several daddies for Aura. Just takes a long time to get to that point.
