I really don't know how finish quest Sick People. I defeat 4 hydrageas and still nothing. Also how activate H scene from this quest?
To be absolutely clear, have you defeated 4 hydrangeas in various different places, or did you defeat the correct hydrangeas in the correct place?
Go to Riverflow and exit west (left) to a map with bunch of wolves.
At the end there's a couple of Hydrangeas to fight, have them lower your willpower enough times to trigger the pink version of the h-scene that occurs afterwards before killing them.
There are a few events that do that, yes.
It represents Alicia's corruption plan not working as intended.

that's probably because you aren't into having characters with more hair. i've played about half a dozen games that have had mods like that made.
What difference is there in the h events how much are blank and how much are pink? And there is some guide is that the game is a little difficult for me to follow

I'm not entirely certain what you're asking, but if I've gotten your gist correctly, the pink version of a scene is usually just a minor variation on the normal one, where Aura more readily accepts a particular perversion or comments more favourably about it.
is there anyone make a list of requirement x for doing y? or at least what is the minimum of stat x for getting / doing all objective to finish the game (obtaining skill, jumping, etc)?

How to get Roland 2, I'm stuck at Roland 1. Do I need more willpower or something? I mean I've been stuck here forever and can't progress with the training, all it shows is the first scene.

After much facepalming, slamming my head into the wall, desk and about every other surface in my room...I've beaten this god damn game on the Nightmare mode. It took me almost full 7 days but I effing did it.
