You can absolutely get them all without a guide.

There are some that, IMO, are not worth the trouble. Primarily the start day at 0 willpower masturbation scenes.

The guide was just for getting them all in a time-efficient manner and was somewhat necessary at one point when there weren't as many mental changes to spend corruption on.

I see, i'll replay the game at my own pace, using that guide altered my brain chemistry tho, so now i feel like i have so much to do

Last time I've played it was a year ago maybe or two, honestly can't remember but what I do remember the game itself was smooth with minimal bugs and nice interface and a banger story so excited to see what it led to!!

I haven't finished it yet but from what I've read, yes.

You can corrupt her all you want as long as you don't do the last possible mental change.

Assuming that Aura who is that corrupt is able to defeat Richard at the end.
