edit : so if i load to my save before the corruption reach its max limit and spend it on every night without adding more corruption, the game would be fine yes? all i have to do is spend the corruption before its reach the limit right?

You could also get rid of corruption through the use of Blessed Water. Also, in case your overlimited corruption came not from the h-scenes you could try to decrease usage of Star Knightess abilities.
Yes. If you go over the corruption limit, you suffer a "Soul-Break" bad ending.
Although I will add that any unspent corruption lowers your willpower, which makes you more susceptible to the low-willpower debuff. Not necessarily that early in the game as you are, but eventually.

It looks like they broke the Soul Break ending when they put in the new daytime screen. When you leave the mental world with too much Corruption, you should see some text about Aura not waking up. That text isn't there now. I wrote it up as a bug on the Discord.
Star Knightess Aura 1.2.0-prerelease-3 was release almost a week ago on Aura-dev's patreon.

Prereleases typically don't leak, because they're prereleases, there's bugs and stuff.
Is there a way to like add people to your party. I feel I an struggling so much because Aura is having to solo everything.

You can learn to summon a slime that you can feed materials to, change the slime's element and even turn from a small slime to a medium slime.
Other than that Aura may be joined by party members on specific quests/locations.

i always use star knightess abilities on boss fight, is there a way to win boss fight like the ogre/boss bandit/whitefang etc without using it? cus i never bother to try
Of course you can beat them without the Star Knightess power. That's part of the allure of this game: to figure out how to beat each boss without using this absolute power. For this, you have to approach the game as a puzzle game, almost.
The Wiki might help you too.
This game should not be approached with impatience, though. You cannot just rush in and decide: "Today, I'll go kill this boss bastard no matter what."
There is a trick to basically every boss.
Whitefang for example, like most other wolves, doesn't like terrible smells such as caused by the "Nasty Oil Coating", and applying that for the day before the battle should make that fight a cakewalk.
For most humanoid enemies their weakness is Lightning damage. There are other ways of beating them too, but if you ever run a NG+, start with Thunderbolt already learned and use it on them on the correct turn, before they use their big damage skill such as Rampage, and they won't be able to use it.

yeah i always use lightnigh first for the big guy on bandit camp and use slash for the little one for aoe, kinda forgot about the nasty oil one tho, might be helpfull fighting those wolf but, i already brute force my way throug south forrest area lmao, should've wait getting the recipe first
I don't usually use Thunderbolt on Bandit Leader. For me 4 Stasis bombs are enough if I use them carefully. If you use them on turns when Bandit Leader is gonna use Pierce he would lose a turn and Aura would get Tactical Advantage to use Pierce herself on the next turn.
That is a method that's available on your 1st playthrough.
On any NG+ run though, I'd rather use Thunderbolt.
