I kinda feel bad for asking this again because no one probably knows for sure but is 1.1 gonna be out this summer or it will take more time? I wanted to play this for a while now but somehow I held on. I know game has a lot of content and it's fine to play it now but still, if 1.1 is not that far away I can wait a bit more.

Unless something was messed up the download links on any given update are to a locked post, so they aren't publicly accessible. Also, the itch/steam update is now delayed until Mondays for some reason, so 1.0.7 won't be available there for another day or so.
1.1 was expected to take three months of work. It's gotten two so far. At the start of this month the dev wasn't certain whether June would be shifted to being work on Aura or if the Liora project would be able to progress to its first public release. Since it looks like an artist has been picked it'll probably end up being Liora as long as the dev is satisfied with the commissioned artwork. I'm expecting the release for 1.1 to wind up being at the end of July until an update says differently.

It looks like 1.1 needs another month or so. The maid ending hasn't been implemented and the art for the scenes that have been are not done yet.
Im stuck on the "Locate the Abductees". I have no idea how to get to Arwin's Room thats guarded by that maid upstairs in his mansion without getting the maid job myself
Did you try, and I'm just spitballing here, maybe getting the maid job yourself?
Doesn’t that maid talk about changing her luck? What if you loaned her the Luck book? Wouldn’t she be so engrossed by it that she wouldn’t even notice you going by?

It's never been time gated. Aura gains corruption that you need to spend if you don't want to get a game over, but you can play on a difficulty that disables the game over if you don't want to deal with it.
Some bosses will get stronger after certain number of days have passed, but otherwise it's just as smkey said, and I wouldn't call that "timegated".

It's been a while since I took a look at this. is there there an option now to never engage with the antagonist and don't find him attractive ? I really dislike his character and design and would much prefer to ignore him completely.
I mean...
The "Good path" has always been an option.
And there are lewd scenes not involving Richard, and you can make plenty of mental changes before he really gets involved.
But there's no alternative (full) "bad end", other than with Richard.
