tbh I haven't gone to deep into normal mode either, are you playing pure, lewd or mixed?

1. You might not have learned to do this in Explorer mode, but acid bombs are super effective and important to use on almost every boss once you can get them.
2. don't get assassinate, just isnt worth the investment. Some people like offensive stance, but it is just too dangerous and awkward to use 99% of the time. Rock armor isnt needed if you use lightning jam coatings sometimes, but that also costs money. I never bother with tremor. Bomb and coating proficiency arent needed. Divine guard is only useful in 1-2 fights imo. Skip flaming robe.
3. Just focus on reading the important ones, I didn't bother with the lightning skillbook or the +1 attack one in my last playthrough.
4. Don't use materials that give less than +3 stats past the early game IMO. For example never use pyromantium, the measly +1 attack aint worth it.
5.
a: easiest lewd money early on is the woman who does nude paintings in Riverflow and also going on a date with hermman twice so he takes you to greed festival, letting you collect 3k gold from edwin for your favor (you don't have to play along with him either). The loot that Aura gets from giving the cultist prisoner in jail a handy is also quite valuable.
b: Main ways of getting money is doing quests,killing human/humanoid enemies, treasure chests, and lewd/corrupt stuff.
c: even on Hard, there is enough money to beat the game with a good ending and minimal lewdness. If you are willing to do some lewd stuff, it actually isnt that bad. The biggest necessary payments in the game are for Radiance (6k gold), Pasciel (20k), and the Humilitas Rune (20k). I don't recommend skipping the pascial payment even in a lewd run because the debuffs you get are so awful, but banging Trademond for 10k gold twice (or once) is probably worth it if you don't mind lol.
Main difference between Hard and Normal difficulty is just money mostly, enemy stats are the same. Nightmare mode though seems like actual CBT with the +30% enemy stats, I don't even wanna attempt it.
3. The +1 isn't worth it? Interesting, I thought you would have enough dead time to read it eventually

A question, you can either imbude your armor with ether and gain +1 magic attack and 1 mana or get 3 mana crystals and get 6 mana.
Early in game you need mana much more but is there any point in using ether directly at some point? If you go a lewd knowledge build defensive stance mage maybe?
3. It's good, but for supper efficient play there may not be enough time to fit it.
4. Slime get mana costly so feeding him weak materials is not good either.
With book you get 4 mana stones for 1 ether. You never wanna use ether directly, its condensed form etherplating maybe if you really wanna be mage. imo going mage is advanced stuff, focus on using either for mana stones and as payment for quests/learning skills.
Can you do the special program for the MATK buff, raise his popularity for gold rewards and still be able to kill him ? /which causes the debuff to lose 1 level/. hmm
So do weak materials just stay in your inventory as long as you dont have anything to do at the end of the day?
Also how late do you get this book?
You can always sell materials and use that cash to pay for infusing better materials, for as long as you have better materials left. Those infusions get expensive toward the end.
Its from bookstore in Nephlune. It costs 5k gold but you kinda need to get it sooner or later. So better sooner.
Hello everyone. I'm doing a pure run on normal mode, without following any specific guide. Now I am looking for the Forest of runes path to reach Winterfall, but I can't find it and don't want to pay for the ship and the depressed sailor where is this damned way through the forest? I found the lake and explored it all but still no Winterfall. I found also a cave where I find magic journals but no Winterfall. Please give a hand ahahah. Thank you everyone!
If You have so much oxygen to go through underwater, so in the cave You need a lot of bombs to go through the cave
to go to the Winterfall.

I actually tried doing the special program once just for the 20k then killing "that guy" asap but the devs were one step ahead
. If you do this, your enrollment is revoked and you still keep the negative passive that gives Aura much -Willpower per day. If you can quickly get everything you want from Pasciel so that you never need to go back you might decide it is worth it cause 20k is so much money, but I didn't plans things out neatly enough to wanna deal with it and just reloaded a save before I took the program. Not sure what happens if you do 3 sessions first.Lewd events with Trademond for the rune has no longterm consequences in comparison as long as you double-check the contract before agreeing to do anything.

The Arwin decision checks are brutal if you don't rush his stuff.
I don't think there is anyway to avoid the Maid end if you have this modifier:
which you get by taking the non-resisting option(forced or not)
In my run I would need 163 Willpower to survive the check:
20 from Lewdness(Pink scenes stack a lot, although 6 points are from Arwin stuff)
30 from the event decrease
25 from But it's so cute(this is quite brutal actually as it also is the deciding factor for me failing the third day check inevitably)
26 from Obedient Maid
52 from Official Master Arwin(tripled Obedient Maid effect and lower minimum lewdness, not sure how that works but I think it ultimately is capped to 20)
10 from mouth fetish
As far as I can see even with just max obedient maid and official master Arwin you are fucked.
It seems to me you have to remove Official Master Arwin, which would also remove like 8 obedient maid points and like 2 lewdness.
Has anyone managed something different in game?

Yeah, I ended up cheating and editing my willpower to 200 temporarily just so I could pass the check. I definitely wanted to see the maid ending, but after seeing it, I wanted to continue my secret Alicia playthrough.
I don't think it is possible to pass the check legitimately. But if you do pass it and defeat Arwin and Mammon, the game says "Forgets: Official Master Arwin". Just FYI.
Speaking of which, does the new drill hair (or princess / royal hair) disappear after the fight with Mammon / Arwin? Would've liked to have seen that be a permanent feature for Aura in Roya (I thought the sprite was hilarious haha). But I guess you'd have to update a bunch of CGs.
Well you can easily pass it by delaying getting "But it's so cute" until you are done with the greed festival, maybe in my NG+ that is doable as I will start with like +3 atk/matk which might make me snowball faster

. It also makes sense, he is paying for you if he dies before deal is complete they get no money so they kick you. But you keep enrollment if you complete the deal before killing him, unless it was changed. As for passive, there is no specific mechanic that would remove the passive here. It should just follow the behavior of passives that mention specific NPC, if that NPC dies the passive gets forgotten / downgraded to generic version. So in this case lv3 that mentions Roland downgrades to lv2 that only mentions evil NPC.
