To get rid of the mana overflow enemy buff, you need to purify the gramophone things in the secret room. Brutal boss, personally I wasn't able to beat him without using collar even before 100 days passed
It's a difficult game but everything is technically possible.
I'm not sure anyone has done a perfect normal pure run without NG+ bonuses, if that's truly impossible that's something you could criticize.
But the game is very tightly designed and should be approached in that way, if something seems insanely difficult or it break player agency in respect to whether you gain lewdness or viceness it means you are missing something.
It's theoretically possible to beat the game without NG+ points, pure and without Alicia ever entering Aura's mental world.
Dunno, I did a fun challenge run where I cheated in like 600 NG+ points(theoretically something you could achieve, not that I even needed that many) and wanted to see how fast I could beat the game while doing most missions on story mode.
I ended up killing Richard in Day 40, the reactions he had were often way too chill.
When I reached the Envy/Gluttony pair on like day 30 without Alicia even entering the first memory chamber he wasn't perturbed at all, when really he should be scared.

People did it before, there is an old guide for it. It's outdated but still works for me so far without issues. You need to reload here and there since there is some rng involved but learning enemies and how to act in certain situations can be really fun. You can put your own spin to it too and have success, no need to follow it to a T. But you should always do everything required for the day of course.

Dunno how major, but there is at least one more sex scene coming down the pipeline.
After completion there's already been version 1.1 and 1.2, both of which added additional bad endings to the game.
Dunno about plans post what can be read on the dev's Patreon.
It's basically just the addition of various bad endings at this point. So the Arwin maid stuff came first, now the Roland stuff is getting worked on, can't remember what else but the game is basically completed.

Is there a mod out there that allows the transfer of the gallery from a savefile to another one? or globally ? because in most games i play i want to get scenes the way it's meant to be done. But having sometimes to redo all the storyline just to get one scene is tidious. And the final boss battle is unskippable even after being beaten twice.

Did Alica not get any real scenes in the end then? Shame as she was my favourite. Only one I found was her dping Aura with the badguy in the cheerleading section of the gallery. There's a pic with her, Aura, and Roland in the OP that's not in one of the underlined bits indicating a scene but just an epilogue though, so I mighta missed other bits like that elsewhere. Rose got a some scenes with the badguy, which was good, and then I eventually found a scene with the bf's sister in the 'fighting over Richard' section. I found what Aura was causing to happen with them more interesting than her own corruption.

how is that bad end in the game working,for aura to become just a maid,any advice from someone?polina is in the academy as well, i have 100 score at the maid academy,and i don't know how to kill now,the demon in the academy or to go for those demons in the catedral where you have to do the ritual..
is with arwin, at the begining, you take the opcion of being a maid instead of searching for a merchant, either you loose the will power enought to loose in the conversation or be defeated by arwin
i am going to try to unlock the alternatives ending of roland and the maid one, if i have success i will share my save archive
